Thoughts on 7900 XTX vs 4080 Super?

I've always been an Nvidia person and now with Nvidia releasing the new 50 series I think its time for an upgrade. I currently have an RTX 3060, and recently I bought my first AMD Ryzen, I always used Intel before. I also have been trying out DLSS and FSR in games and honestly I think I prefer FSR to DLSS. With FSR I typically get 10 fps more than when I use DLSS while also having a nicer overall look. (In my opinion)

This may be a dumb statement but as AI becomes part of our daily life, I want to try and find a way to "escape" it, and with Nvidia making AI the forefront of their brand now Im starting to ask myself would I rather switch to AMD just because I am getting bored of hearing about AI? Honestly yes if the performance is good enough, I would much rather turn a blind eye to AI, its getting boring hearing about it.

Anyway stupid statements aside. I also have been really wanting to change my PC Case as I currently have some super ugly looking Alienware style case. At the time I just wanted it to be cheap. Now I have come to the realisation that I want my desk to look nice as well as function nice. I was always interested in the Fractal North case. But I looked on their website and saw the Terra, a super small mITX case. This case would look and fit so perfectly on my desk it is almost a dream setup. I watched a video where someone was able to fit a Asus ProArt 4080 Super inside this exact case and with the AMD 7900 XTX being pretty my the same size I wondered, what is the better choice? I suppose the safe choice would be to get the 4080 Super and still have access to FSR. But thats why came here, I have watched videos comparing the two and the 7900 XTX seems to get 20fps more than the 4080 Super, plus the 7900 XTX is £200 cheaper!
