Cannot Save and Exit from BIOS setup screen into Windows Install

Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B650M-Plus Wifi

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 6-Core Processor

RAM: G.SKILL 16G 1X D5 6000 C36 FX B

Storage: Samsung SSD 990 EVO Plus 1TB

Let me know if any other specs are necessary.

So as of right now, I've just updated my BIOS to the latest version ( BIOS Ver. 3072) and I've tried to save and exit in order to install Windows. However, instead of booting into the Windows installer, it just boots back into the BIOS setup screen. I did download both the Windows Installation Media for Windows 10 and BIOS update on the same USB stick, however, there was a renamer tool that I forgot to use. Then, I tried downloading both on two different blank USB drives, this time using the renamer tool. Still not working.

Any ideas on why I may be stuck on this BIOS setup loop?
