Building my first ever pc

So I'm building my first ever pc, and just like any casual, I went to the internet to look for guides and I came across this pc build from "Jacktechturf". Below is the link https://www.zachstechturf.com/550pureperformanceguide I liked the build because it fits my budget, and I managed to find all the parts required for the build, the only problem is that I only need to play League of legends, which doesn't require an expensive VGA, so that's why I want to cheap out as much as possible on the vga of this build, just enough to play the the games on maximum settings.
