Upgrading my rig after years, advice?

PC was built in 2019 and boasts Ryzen 3600, b450, 16gb 3200hmz, and 3050 (upgraded 1 year ago)

Wanting to completely restart and probably sell pc to sister for cheap

Looking for a total build price of $1000 + what ever my pc is currently worth (like $300?) so total of $1300

I made a quick list on PcPartPicker, mainly a white theme but let me know if there is anything you would change or recommend.
