Trying to find drivers for my motherboard. Need help

So I recently reinstalled windows and don't have network adapter drivers on my pc now. I'm on my laptop trying to figure out where to download drivers but am kinda stuck.

My motherboard is a MPG Z390 GAMING EDGE AC and I looked at the msi site downloaded what I thought to be the correct drivers but when I open them on my desktop they open into IE.
