Help me with a budget build of $350-400 (USD)

I'm gonna buy/build my first ever pc, I have researched parts for so many months but I still need help in getting parts. For context, I am a complete beginner in PC gaming mostly into single player titles and also I will be using this pc to develop some basic games in Unity.

My budget is $350 but I can add another $20-40 if I really have to. For the processer I've stuck with the i3-12100f because it's really cheap and reliable, but I need a good gpu to pair it up with (preferably Nvidia as I will be editing a lot as well), I would REALLY appreciate help with the rest of the parts including the RAM, Case, Motherboard, PSU, SSD (512gb), etc. Please let me know a good build that would fit this budget 🙏🏻
