Help with some pink eyes

I have all the cinnamoroll BABs they’ve made so far and was so heart broken when they didn’t make a pink version of him for Valentine’s Day so I plan to buy and dye one myself, but I want him to have pink eyes like the other valentine Sanrio BABS. Does anyone know where Build a Bear gets their oval eyes for these guys, or if there’s a way to dye the blue eyes to be pink? I don’t want to buy another BAB just to steal their eyes 😞 it feels mean..
