Honest review on Cyberbacker? Is it worth it? Are there better companies/agencies?

Hello! I read some great and not-so-great reviews online and I wanted to know some honest opinions (?) about it since I had just recently been accepted in the initial interview. Is anyone from this community working/used to work for Cyberbacker?

Also just wondering if there are other similar companies that look for VAs? I have no experience as a VA, but I do have experience as an all-around office assistant and as a CSR.

Thanks for answering :D

EDIT: Thank you all 😄 I was reading other posts and reviews about Cyberbacker here in Reddit, Glassdoor, etc. I figured that just like any other companies, there are pros and cons. I guess I just need to figure out a way to sell myself and my skills. Thank you again for all your responses!

EDIT again (6 months later): From what I've gathered: -Cyberbacker will ask you to sign a contract that forbids you from working as a virtual assistant or freelancer (I read through the contract, did not sign anything)

-Cyberbacker will also ask you to remove ALL your freelancing platforms (onlinejobs, Fiverr, Upwork, Virtual Staff, etc) including Instagram (I mentioned I was doing digital commissions on the side and they asked me to delete it and send the arts as my portfolio instead)

-They will match you with clients, but unlike Athena, TRAINING IS NOT PAID. So until you are matched with a client (even if it's months), you won't be paid. From what I understood was Athena and REVA pays you during training and the wait to match with a client.

-They have a very unsystematic interview process, they can interview you as soon as you finish filling up your information, but you'll be in the waiting room HOURS on end (personally waited for 2 hours)

-During the inital interview, they would be checking your camera and audio quality, if it sucks then you won't be moving on to the final interview (I know because I applied three times and the first two times I had bad camera)

-Their initial offer to me was $3/hr

P.S I did not go through the HR expectations call or signed anything with them, once I had reviewed the contract they sent, I was basically not allowed to work for 1 year as a freelancer once I might decide to go separate ways with them, which made me go nope. But in a way, the universe works in mysterious ways since I had landed a direct client just a few hours after reading through the contract, and I'm still with that client now.
