Buffy/feminism

One of my favorite parts of Buffy was how empowering it was. There were VERY few shows/movies in the 90s where the women was the superhero with superhuman strength. It’s a tv show that’s ahead of its time, showing a women in a male dominated field. She DOMINATES so many evil men, and as a younger girl it’s so empowering to watch. Normally younger men watch other men on television fight demons but for the first time we see a women fighting men.
