Best way to getting around the city centre and surroundings

Greetings everyone!

I'll be visiting your gorgeous city in the 1st week of May.

What would be the fastest way to getting around (e.g. from Elisabeth Bridge to Margaret Island and back to District VII)?

The last time I was here Lime e-scooters were very popular and no zone restrictions whatsoever were applied, so you could basically stroll around every where you pleased.

Is this still so? Will people hate me for using e-scooters? What is the best provider I should use?
