Traveling with a brain tumor?

My mom was recently diagnosed with a 3cm tumor. They’re currently unsure if it’s from the pituitary or if it’s a Cavernous Sinus Meningioma. That being said, she wants to take a trip. It’s a 3hr plane ride. Is this safe to do so? We are already going to double check with all her drs but just want to hear people’s experience with air travel with a brain tumor.
