My bose QC ultra earbuds can’t stay connected for more than a minute
I bought them 1–2 months ago. No problems until today (the mic hasn’t been great during phone calls, but I don’t use it often).
While I was watching a movie, they disconnected. I placed them back into the case, reopened them, and they worked. After a few minutes, the same problem occurred.
Now I’m having trouble connecting them again, and the Bose app is showing a strange message (something like “we are having connectivity issues”). I’ve never seen anything like this before.
Is there something I can do to fix this? Am I just unlucky, and should I ask for a replacement?
Maybe another model would be better?
