Do some people prefer the Bose QuietComfort 45 over the Ultra?

Considering the QuietComfort Ultra is the latest and most advanced model from Bose, it might seem like an automatic upgrade.

But I'm wondering if there are users out there who actually prefer the QC45 instead.
