Books where author uses racist/casteist/sexist remarks while addressing the characters

I am looking for books where the author while narration uses derogatory remarks for the characters. For example, I am from India, and casteism has always been a big deal here. Historical it has a very dark past which is also reflected in the writing of that time. I am looking for books on this theme to understand the social structure of that time.
