Thoughts on the busy dad programme…

So someone posted about this the other day, and it sounded like they, and a few other commenters, had found the “busy dad programme” to be really useful. As a dad who is about to have their second child in the next few days, so my time is about to become extremely limited, I’m tempted to pick it up. Curious as to what others think though.

The programme isn’t set out particularly clearly on the website, but as far as I can tell it’s 80 minutes a week of burpees, with two twenty minute sessions of navy seal burpees and two of six point burpees, doing as many as you can each time.

I was planning to follow that routine, but add in stretches, handstands and pull ups. That would seem to be a fairly comprehensive work out, hitting legs, back, abs, stomach and arms, but would I be missing anything, or potentially causing myself injury by focusing so much on one movement?

Appreciate your thoughts if you have any.
