Could Bryan just stop doing everything if he just exercised 2.5 to 3 hours a day instead of only 1?
Exercise is the absolutely most powerful abater of mortality and numerous pathologies. I always wonder if Bryan wouldn't age better if he just worked out more. Looking at Peter Attia, he seems to work out 2.5 to 3 hours per day. He takes pretty basic supplements and keeps his ApoB incredibly low. Bryan does 50 things more but what if for nill simply because he barely exercises? Thoughts on this?
