Good way to get race v3?

So... I got race v2 (angel) today and uh i have only 1.9 mil so I need 0.1 mil more for race v3 right? But uh...then I'm poor so I would like to get 3mil so I have 1mil left over :). But I'm still thinking if I should waste it all for heavenly blood or save up until 3mil? Or a good way to get money quickly?
