At what level should I use the cummmfpk chalice?

This is my first time playing bloodborne and currently leveling up skill as my main attack stat. I don't want to make the game easy but I also want the holy moonlight sword to be my endgame weapon. Since it scales better with strength, I don't want the damage to be lacking when I get it. Barely got to Old Yharnam btw.
