Help with 3d printing

My first time using blender for the sole purpose of printing a 3d model of my oc. It’s currently going smooth but I’m debating on whether to follow this tutorial (https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLe0O-ypJqvKw6meu68TlU0_motrjcnrva&si=SYHi2RCu-zfQkt5i ) or this one instead https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLvgIVNDU-Dxi5h3JLNJMfK0t3-WsBm6Av&si=6xH1kddT2vBAa1t3

I’m doing the second one and so far I’ve been impatient with worrying how my finished product would be. Should I follow the first one in order to save time or continue where I left off with the current tutorial? If I were to change in between them I would definitely confuse myself more and eventually stop my motivation… any tips would be greatly appreciated!
