Why is Bill so disrespected by the other 3 original members?

Iommi and Geezer clearly didn't think it was appropriate to end Black Sabbath with anyone besides Ozzy singing and Ozzy clearly likewise wanted Iommi and Geezer there, but why wasn't the same respect extended towards Bill?
