Matches are always one-sided? Either an easy win or complete annihilation?

I feel like I get a match where my whole team is getting like 2.50 k/d and it’s too easy. Next match is usually then hopeless with my whole team getting like 0.30-0.70 k/d. I can’t remember the last time I felt like I was fighting an even match wrestling for objectives. Is this a problem or like a confirmation bias?
