What if Balalaika had such patriotism as Armstrong

Recently replayed MGR and i love it. My childhood game, And i absolutely love Armstrong one of my favorite villains. So i question myself. What if Balalaika had such patriotism and ambitions like Armstrong? How crazy she would be? What ICONIC lines she would say?
