For straight naturals that work out
Hello ladies,
I’ve been natural for 9 years and have probably straightened my hair about 6 times in total. I don’t even own a flat iron! However, with my busy work and school schedule, I’m considering incorporating regular silk presses into my routine for convenience.
At the same time, I want to start working out 2–3 times a week. For those who wear their natural hair straight and also work out:
- How do you style your hair during workouts to minimize reversion?
- What products help maintain your silk press?
- How often and how intensely do you work out?
- How frequently do you straighten your hair, and how do you maintain its health?
