Need advice

Hey so last month my gf had to take a contraceptive pill and after that she had her periods very bad like bleeding very large amount but than after 5 days it was okay like normal she stopped bleeding like always and we thought now everything is okay. but recently she got early periods by whole week and she been bleeding heavily again it's been 7 days she is bleeding the same like a pad in couple hours her hormones are so imbalanced that she is ovulating at the same time What should be our next step?
