Bipolar lows

Hi all, I’m taking seroquel 300mg. It’s my first time on anti psychotics as such a recent diagnosis but, I was wondering how people’s lows feel when they are medicated right. I feel like I’m having lows, but they are lasting a few days luckily instead of weeks and although, for that time when I am low it still hurts to feel a lot it’s good it’s less time.

I don’t think an increase of meds is needed for the lows, but I was wondering how people’s lows feel on medication or they are wanting to share..
