Question about Eli Lilly hiring process

I graduated with my PhD in August but have been on the job hunt essentially since mid June.

I applied to a scientific writing role at Eli Lilly, made it through their phone interview, writing assessments, and had four video interviews. They have now emailed to schedule a 15-20 min phone call with what I’m assuming is their hiring decision.

To anyone who has gone through the Lilly hiring process before, can you share if they send rejections via email or do it over the phone?

I had an initial reaction of joy thinking that it was a good sign, then anxiety and reality set in that they might be letting me down “in a more personal” manner. Now I have this immense dread that I won’t be getting an offer. Please help!
