NPC Women’s Workshop

Hi, is anyone going to this or have gone in the past? I secured a ticket and booked a hotel but I’m nervous as I’ve never been to any large conference but trying to do this to get out of my comfort zone ( I am very shy, but friendly 😊) Can anyone share experiences of the social aspect/ networking and some of the breakout seminars? There’s some really big names that will be in attendance! I’ll be in prep too so any suggestions of good gyms nearby to train/do cardio would be cool :)
