Problems with Ben Eater's 8 bit computer PCB

Hoping someone can help. I tried to upload Ben's PCB schematics of the 8 bit computer (SAP-1) to both PCBWay and JLC. Both websites don't seem to recognise it properly. I've tested uploading other PCBs and those work fine, so it seems like something is wrong with Ben's schematics.

Unfortunately, I've no experience in making PCBs so I don't even know how to begin troubleshooting.

Has anyone else seem the same issue and know a solution?

Alternatively, is there anyone in the UK with a spare PCB they would be willing to sell so I can skip this step entirely (Creating PCBs is something I want to learn but at a later point in time).
