Tomorrow, I run my first ever race.

I'm quite excited. I took up walking and running purely as a means to lose weight. Just over a year ago, I had gotten to 120kg, was using a cpap machine to help me sleep at night, had a resting heart rate of over 100bpm. Life wasn't fun. My friend had recently gotten into running and challenged me to lose weight to join him on a race, so I signed up and started working at it and tomorrow is that day. A half marathon for my first ever race 😦. I'm aiming for 2.30 but honestly just happy to be able to participate in something like this.

Any advice for someone running their first ever race?
