What’s the biggest nutrition myth you USED to believe?
For the longest time, I thought eating after 8 PM would automatically make me gain weight. Like somehow, those late-night calories were extra “bad.” I’d go to bed starving, thinking I was doing the right thing. Spoiler: I wasn’t.
Eventually, I learned it’s not about when you eat—it’s about how much you eat overall. Once I stopped stressing about the clock and focused on my daily calorie goal, things started to click. Now, I fit my meals around my life, not the other way around, and I’m still making progress.
What’s a nutrition myth you used to believe? Let’s hear it! no judgment! We’ve all been there!! lol
