What’s something about fitness you wish someone had told you?
Hey everyone!
When I first started working out, I thought I had to go all-in every single day to see progress. That’s what you see right? Be an absolute animal. Don’t be a b$&@h, No rest days! Long story short, I ended up burning out quick, and injuring my shoulder because I didn’t realize that rest and recovery are part of the process. I spent weeks out of the gym and felt like I was starting from scratch.
It got me thinking about how much trial and error goes into figuring this stuff out. Like, why didn’t anyone tell me how important recovery is off the jump.

It could be something that saved you time, kept you motivated, or helped you avoid a mistake. lol.
Maybe your advice will help someone else skip the painful learning curve!
