My first derma consultation

I wanted to know what products to buy for my skin to improve so I decided to seek advise from a derma clinic. I did telederma consultation so I won't travel anymore.

So fast forward, I sent pic of my face to the dermatologist and we started our consultation via whatsapp.

I couldn't hear very well what she is saying because the audio was a bit low but I tried to listen attentively about the things she was mentioning about my face

My face has tiny bumps I want to get rid of. She mentioned it was acne.

I asked for opinion if there are products I can buy in pharmacies, online platforms (blue app & orange app, or in malls and she said to buy the products in their clinic.

I also asked if I could modify my skin care products because they are newly purchased (Cetaphil,Cosrx) and she didn't recommend using it anymore.
