best ramen spot?

my partner loves authentic ramen and lives in texas. they’re coming to visit the bay soon and i’m trying to find a good ramen spot to take them to. i’m more of a pho enthusiast myself so i need some help. any recommendations are appreciated. south bay and anywhere in san francisco preferably but anywhere around the bay area is welcome too. thanks in advance!
