Best Muffulata Sandwich?

Recently moved to the bay (concord/martinez area) and am slowly discovering new restaurants.

My inner Liz Lemon is craving a nice Muffulata sandwich. With that tangy olive spread. Any advice on where to find a good one?

It's not an everyday sandwich and I feel like it can be hard to find a deli that serves it.
