After coming to an agreement with Leody Taveras and Jonah Heim, the Texas Rangers have avoided going to an arbitration hearing for 25 straight years.

Do any other teams have long streaks of avoiding arbitration with players? Seems like a really good way to establish a good reputation among free agents and keep players happy, it always boggles my mind a bit when teams haggle with players over the equivalent of pennies on the dollar in the grand scheme of contracts.
