To people that consistently wear dress shoes or cowboy boots, what do you do now?

I have pairs of cowboy boots that no longer fit and dress shoes that squeeze my feet, what do yall do when it comes to dress shoes or cowboys boots? My boots and dress shoes were always in a wide but now idk if there’s dress shoes for barefoot shoes that are actually nice, do you go up a half size or full size in cowboy boots/ dress shoes or get barefoot ones
