Bondhouse Kitchen Closing

Bondhouse Kitchen in Fells Point just announced they’ve closed. I’m so sad! And also confused… this was a popular and busy restaurant. Anyone know what’s up? Hoping someone else buys or already bought it and will re-open the spot
