How to work abroad

Next summer I would like to go with some friends to work abroad (we prefer an European country). Does anyone know of a company or website that can help us with this? We are students so, having hardly any knowledge, we would like a job in the service sector such as in a hotel, restaurant, amusement park, etc. We're Spaniards.
