my problem with Islam

my parents brought me up as a Muslim all my life and the older i get the more I realise how full of hypocrisy it has most Muslims thinks of themselves as better people then 99 percent of the population of the world and all the religion has made me feel is insecure about all my actions and there are some things in the Qur'an that not a lot of muslims don't talk about like how it says you can beat your wife and you can sex with your slaves right now am so confused on what to follow .please don't give me any hate in the comments am just a confused 14 year old i have enough of that from my parents already.
