How fast will Trump executive order end trans healthcare?

So Trump proudly exclaimed that he would end trans healthcare for minors “with a stroke of a pen”. And Congress is currently working on a bill that would end trans healthcare for EVERYONE. I know they have the votes so it’s not a matter of if, but when. Having said that, how quickly can this be enacted? Is it signed and now you don’t have healthcare or will this only be effective 1/1/26 kind of deal? I’m worried bc I have BA scheduled and approved for March then SRS for Nov 25. Are those now in jeopardy?
