Toilet Tools - What Tool am I Missing?

Trying to install a bidet. This photo is the underside of the toilet. It's a super long bolt and the angle is such that you can only reach it from a 90° angle.

What tool should I use to unscrew it? A regular wrench has the wrong angle. And the bolt is too long for a lug wrench.
