Oral Surgeon for Tooth Implants

Hallo. Any recommendations for a very good oral surgeon who does dental implants (missing molar) in Berlin? Ideally one who can communicate well in English and has an eye for cosmetics (I would like the teeth to match well).

Could also consider Poland, as I've heard that's a good place to get similar treatments, but more affordable.
