Birthday Dinner for my Husband

Hi everyone. My husband will be turning 34 and I wanted to take him out for a late dinner for February 1, at around 9:15/:30pm so someone can babysit our son while he sleeps. Looking to spend less than $500 if possible. He enjoys a good steak, but open to any other suggestions (expect Japanese did that for my birthday a couple of weeks back) for restaurants in downtown Toronto.

I looked into Aera and no availability for Feb 1.
