How many of you rent your furnace?

It was recently recommended to me as a “great arrangement” by a family friend but the math isn’t making sense. To be honest, I didn’t even know furnaces could be rented. Buying seems to come out on top.

Just wanted to get the thoughts of what my fellow Torontonians are doing!
