Hair stylist recommendations for a guy

I (M 27) am looking for a hair stylist in SG. So far, I was going to those $50 for 10 cuts kind hair salon as I preferred shorter hair and didn't care too much about the looks but I wanna try out some styles now. Please recommend me any good (and not upselling) hair stylist recommendations in town.

I live on the West side so if it's in the Clementi-Harbourfront radius, it'd be great but I'm open to trying out others as well. I don't know how much it costs but I guess my budget is around $50-$100?
