DBS Management Associate Program

Hello! Fresh grad looking for a job here; amidst my job search I came across DBS's management associate program. I'm interested to find out more but do not have a career in banking and hence would like to seek advice from those who have joined the program in the past or who are currently working in banking. What's your role like, and what do you do? How do you find working at DBS?
