Are we counting out the deluxe?

I know things are confusing with the confirmation of there being no tour. But, I wonder what we think about the deluxe?

My evidence for the deluxe still happening is the “sunshine’s stay tuned” post from around when she put a pause in all things not related to wicked. And her promising to “love peaches this same way” on an insta story in late November.
