Why do people say stuff like vi doesn't have any options but to live with cait or that she is forced to be with Cait?
Like for some reason some people say stuff like that also say stuff like vi has Stockholm syndrome, that she feel less than Cait and that she has a codependency problem with Cait. Like people really want to make their relationship to be so toxic or say there's a power imbalance just to make Cait a villian in their relationship and vi a baby
Like I read a comment that said some people treath vi like prime Justin Bieber and I think it is so true lmao
Vi choose Cait, its none of that toxic shit, vi didn't comeback immediately to Cait, she used Cait to save her father and didn't plan to comeback with cait, she literally told Cait that she didn't even trusted her even after Cait betrayed ambessa and started a war for vi, she only cameback with Cait because apart for starting a war for her, she helped her free her sister with the possibility of vi just leaving with jinx and leaving Cait for ever demonstrating to two things to vi:
1- cait loves vi more than her vengeance against the killer of her mom which is a massive demonstration of love and showing that Cait would do anything for vi
2-cait changed and isn't the same hateful dictator that was only focused in her vengeance and nothing else
And thanks to that she made the her first decision without guilt or because of powder and that decision is loving Cait freely and trusting her again and it was made before jinx faked her death and vi isn't afraid of being alone, she is afraid of losing more people because of her decisions, Cait and vi relationship is built on trust since the moment they knew each other, that's why Cait was hurt when she saw that vi didn't trust her enough to talk about jinx being part of the plan.
Also vi doesn't have Stockholm syndrome like I say she was ready to never comeback to Cait until she showed unconditional love to vi, she doesn't feel less than Cait, their relationship like I said is built on trust they see each other as equals and vi doesn't have a codependency problem with Cait like first the relationship is not one sided in anyway, second after EP 8 we see that Cait is even more dedicated to vi than ever and third vi doesn't even choose Cait for most of the series and the only time she followed Cait was again out of guilt for jinx actions not even because of Cait lmao.
And vi people also act like Cait has trapped vi with money like the only way vi has to survive is with Cait like she doesn't still have Ekko, she can't work for herself or like she is some sort of golddigger that cares about money, like I feel people are misreading vi character a lot.
Jinx literally see how much they loved each other reason she accepted them at the end and also she saw that Cait can be to vi what Isha was to jinx and help her heal and the real toxic relationship vi has is with jinx.
