Season 2 was written before Season 1 aired, does that change your opinion on anyting?

Tagging this as a spoiler just because of Season 2 discussions.

I just saw a video with Amanda Overton (writer of both seasons and executive producer on season 2) and Katy Townsend (Maddie's voice actor) where Amanda brings up the fact that she had finished working on season 2 before season 1 came out.

Does this change your opinion on either seasons? (For example I know some people didn't like season 2's pacing but seeing as how it was finished before season 1 came out would you now consider this a problem with seasons 1 pacing as well because they didn't balance both seasons?)

EDIT: Katy also stated her first recording was in early 2020 right before the lockdown and then she didnt record again till the end of the year because of that
