Course to learn how to animate infographics and scientific data in Motion?

Hi everyone!
I'd like to learn how to animate infographics and scientific data accurately (precise graphics by linking to data, not just a visual representation).

Does anyone know if this is possible in apple motion, and can anyone recommend some courses or resources to learn this?

I've found what look like some good courses on how to do this in After Effects on Udemy, but nothing for Motion on Udemy. Just a couple youtube tutorials but ideally I'd like something more complete to go guide me through. Thanks!
